Where are the alerts, FB page for Proseries Professional users?

I don't see any alerts anymore for known issues--there used to be alerts every day.

I get super frustrated with the software and then I spend 2 hours with customer service and find that, oh yeah we know about this, we're working on it.

Wondering if there is a FB page for proseries professional users to compare experience and help each other with tips. It would be easier to navigate and easier to search than this format... If one doesn't exist I would be happy to create one if anyone would be interested.

I'm afraid that I am in fact too old because I don't ever remember daily alerts. If there was a major catastrophic event, there was an alert every now and then. Intuit has always operated with a need to know basis and it deemed its users not needing to know about most issues.

Alerts would be helpful!

I am still afraid that a tax return could change in between the signing of the 8879 and the filing of the return. It has happened once in about 2000 tax returns, so I don't check as often as I used to. Yet the icky feeling of an update in that interim period remains with me.

I suffer from a severe case of Intuit paranoia -------- I never transmit a return without checking to make sure the refund or balance due on the 8879 agrees with the return I am transmitting.
