When will we be able to file a 1040X?

It shows we should be able to e-file a 1040X on February 16.  When I try it says to update my program.  When I try that it says that there are no updates today.

I just updated again, manually, now the 1040X is ready to go

Maybe they'll push another update out later today...maybe not, lets see what tomorrow brings.

I have installed 2 separate updates so far today....no idea what they did, just thst there wer updates applied.

You might try manual updates again and see what happens
