When will ProSeries be ready to efile Portland Oregon MET40?

Portland website says they approved Proseries for MET40 on 1/26/26. Proseries says it will be ready 2/4/26 (in the past)... but the SW still says it's not e-file ready. This is holding up more and more returns, creating a tidal wave.
