When printing a standard client letter the State Income and Refund information do not print

Only the codes prints but not the actual amounts that are in the return.

Did you customize the letter?  If not, there used to be a way to restore the standard letter back default, , but Im not seeing that option anywhere, I see the restore back to standard invoice, but not for the letter....its been a long week, I must be missing something somewhere.

I did not customize the letter. I was able to “restore” the letter but still getting the same results….
