When no bank information for a client receiving a refund was an error message sent?

Several clients do not have bank accounts and/or have requested receiving a check.

no error message - you need to tell them that they need to set up direct deposit, or the IRS will temporarily hold their refunds and they will get a letter (CP53E) telling them what to do.
