What schedule do I use to report "Other Rental Income" on a 1065 in ProSeries?

I am trying to report Other Rental Income for a new client and the only schedule available is the 8825 for Rental Real Estate. This schedule pulls the profit to line 2 of the K-1, but it needs to be on line 3.

What schedule is used to report the non Real Estate Rental Income?

As far as I know, the only entry is on Schedule K (page 5 of the 1065) where you just enter the gross income and the total of the expenses (which isn't a user-friendly way, especially if you need depreciation as part of the expenses).  No Schedule or anything else.

Thank you.

That's what I was finding as well. The only way to do it was directly enter the gross income and gross expenses on Schedule K. Unfortunately, this client has several assets being depreciated.

I found that Lacerte offer a schedule for "Other Rental Income" but not ProSeries.

Yeah, Lacerte has more features and abilities because it is a higher-grade program.  Unfortunately, ProSeries doesn't have that, likely due to it being a fairly uncommon situation.
