What Report is Available to Get Total Asset Sale Information?

I completed a sale for almost 200 assets sold in an APA for a S Corp. The sale information is spread across F4797, Sec. 179 Disposition Report, and F6252.

I can’t find a report or worksheet in PS that gives the total sale amount, total tax value, and total gain/loss so that I can make sure all the information was correctly entered.

How do I see the total asset sale information to check my input.

I do all this in an Excel spreadsheet. Then compare my spreadsheet to the tax return and its forms and schedules. I don’t think the software will give you the report that you seek. Don’t forget the 8594.

Yes, I have a spreadsheet that shows the information for all the assets. It's not in any particular order, such as Sec. 179, etc.

How do you see the total sales amount in ProSeries? F4767 doesn't show the sales total. Or, do you only compare the total net gain/loss per the tax return to your spreadsheet?

I don’t use ProSeries.
My spreadsheet breaks down where each piece should be on the tax return. I’d go to each place, look at the sales prices on the return and compare to my spreadsheet.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
