    Are you getting a weird TSJ error that you cant find?  There may be some kind of programming glitch, someone else reported something similar

    Did you check to see if this is related to the PTIN verification box?  Go to Tools, then Options, then Firm/Preparer Info and make  sure the PTIN verified box is checked.
