What does it mean when I try to login but get Unable to Validate Credentials
When I log in it accepts my password but then a message comes up that says Unable to Validate Credentials. I can't get past this and don't know what to try. I wonder if this is because I have a new computer and had to load the software a second time? I had loaded it on my old computer but that one died.
