W2 Box 14

I know the information in box 14 on the W2 is usually informational, but still wanted to ask about "NT Health Benefits" listed in box 14. The client says they don't know what it is. Has anyone else seen this in box 14?

Id guess non-taxable health benefits, but this is more a question for the employer.
