NJ resident who works in Philidelphia. The W2 has no PA income or withholding. It does has Philidelphia income and withholding. How should it be entered in the W2 Worksheet.

    There is a tax treaty between the 2 states so you only pay state tax to your resident state.  Phila is a local tax, not part of the treaty.
