Updates - unable to reach pro series - programmer errors - Pro Series 2023

I cannot load updates - says  unable to reach pro series - however I can efile - pay per return etcI have been mulitple times with tech support - finally my IT guy found the following programming error:"Intuit.Spc.Authorization, Version 6.11.0.0The located assembly's manifest definitiondoes not match the assembly reference"

Have you tried using REPAIR UPDDATES from the Windows Program menu? 

Close ProSeries and go to your Windows Start Button Programs menu, you should find a Tools > Repair Updates option listed under ProSeries 2023.

    You should make sure you have a backup, then delete the program, and redownload from Intuit. That should work
