Question

updated ps24. unable to print, preview or created pdf. I am still able to print prior years. Any ideas on resolving?

I updated ps24. I am now unable to print, preview or create pdf

I am able to print prior year returns, ps21 through ps23

If ps24 is uninstalled would the 2024 clients already created be available when reinstalled?

The first step in program glitches is to restart your computer.  If that didn't help, click on ProSeries from your computer start menu and select repair updates.

    Close PS and run REPAIR UDPATES.  But to answer youre question, YES the client files are saved and untouched during a reinstall of the program if it comes to reinstalling.

      nothing else worked
