having problems downloading proseries on y new  computer. systeem stating code 1618

I googled your error and found this

ProSeries Error 1618, similar to other Windows software installs, means "Another installation is already in progress", blocking the current setup, often due to lingering Windows Installer (MSIEXEC) processes or background updates. To fix it, try restarting your computer to clear processes, then check Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) for MSIEXEC or other installers to end tasks before retrying the ProSeries installation.
