I just purchased Proseries 25 basic yesterday 4-30-26 and installed it. I was told it will be working within 1-2 hours. Now 16 hours later when I try to open the program I get the message 'Unable to validate your online credentials
Please try again later.
On Intuit profile it says 'purchased'
I downloaded the program using the link provided, installed, attempted to open the program then receive this message
