Unable to transfer 2024 files to new 2025 software, popup unresponsive and undersized

I just downloaded my new 2025 ProSeries, and at the prompt to transfer the 2024 client files into 2025, the resulting popup is undersized, and unresponsive to my clicks; and I am unable to re-size the popup as well so I can see everything in it.  When I click anywhere on the popup, I just get the Windows "ding" sound.  Because of this, I am also unable to even close the 2025 ProSeries software to try this process again from a normal ProSeries screen.  The software seems to be frozen.

I looked online for help with this, and tried several things, but nothing seems to work.  I tried going into my Windows settings and adjusting the scale from the recommended 250%, clear up to 400%.  In doing this, I was able to make the popup somewhat larger, and get it to actually show the list of my client files, but still, the popup did not display all the option buttons at the bottom for me to use, and it continued to be unresponsive to all of my clicks.

I also tried the Windows-Shift-Arrows method to recenter, which also didn't work.

The popup is just unresponsive and doesn't work.  Not sure if it would help to just shut the computer down and truncate this whole process, then try again, or if that will further complicate the issue.

Can anyone help with this please?
