Unable to import this client, because "legal business name" is missing. Update this manatory information and retry.
I keep getting this error "unable to import this client, because "legal business name" is missing. Update this manatory information and retry." when importing from QBO into proseries professional. It has happened on the last two clients that I have tried to import. Both have had their legal names entered into QBO. Does anyone have a fix? Proseries blames QBO and QBO blames proseries and I'm unable to get any answers.
