Unable to efile 2023 1040 form.

I have updated ProSeries 2023. Unable to efile 1040.

what is problem

    I had the same problem. I called this morning around 9 am and the problem was so simple. Click on tools- options-firm preparer and double check your PTIN. click on verified your PTIN is correct. BINGO! problem solved. No more errors

      I tried this and still not available this is a bit ridiculous

          It may not be enough to 'update installed products', or even update from the Windows start butting. You may need to to hit the 'repair tools update' thing. That worked for me.

          So Go to Tools Hub

          Click Update Issues

               choose correct year.

          Click Repair Updates

          run this and then my updates started adding......good luck!
