Turbo Tax Business to Pro Series Basic Transferring Data

Trying to transfer over clients' 2024 tax documents from Turbo Tax Business to Pro Series Basic. All of the previous forms are in the correct (.tax) file form. Though when I attempt to transfer these documents over following the help guidelines, Pro Series cannot locate the individual files. Despite Pro Series being able to locate the folder containing the 2024 Turbo Tax forms, saved directly from the desktop application, and searching for "all files", it continuously comes up with "No files found in specified directory." There are no password protections on any of these documents and the process seems like it should be simple enough. If there a step I am overlooking or has anyone else been unable to transfer over from Turbo Tax Business?

I dont think TT Business will transfer to PS Basic since Basic doesn't do Business returns.

Is that what you're trying to do?

TT Business may transfer to PS Professional, which is what a Basic user would use to prepare a Business return in ProSeries.

Sorry, it is actually the TurboTax Home and Business Desktop application. All of the tax forms prepared were for individuals.

Are you trying to transfer TT2024 to PS2025?

Do you have PS2024 installed?

Can you open the TT2024 returns in PS2024 then transfer PS2024 to PS2025?

Its been multiple years since Ive tried to pull in a TT file, but I feel like I had to do it like mentioned above.

I am attempting to import a Turbotax file in the Test Version. It sais "Can't open file - Password Protected" - I doubt this is because it is the trial version, I can't even test it if I can't import the file. The turbotax file does not have a password. I even tried adding a password and removing it, still did not work.
