Trying to make a payment with Penna REV-276 and I cant get an error (HTax Estimated) to go away

Im filing a PA extension with a payment and cant get rid of an error that says HTax is Estimated How do I get rid of the error and what is HTax

I recently did extensions  with payments and gave him to the clients to mail in with their checks. There was no problem.

I’m trying to do an electronic payment, I remember having the same problem last year and being on with tech support. It was resolved by jumping back and forth from PA return to Federal by checking and unchecking the electronic filing box.
