Question

Trying to efile keep getting Error Code 131. Sharing violation. Software is only installed on one standalone machine and I am the only person who uses it. Solution?

    Thanks for this.  It had nothing to do with printing.  Called tech support and they had me save the two files under new names.  Which of course meant I had duplicate SSN errors, etc.  Finally got the returns efiled but it took way longer than it should have.
