Can i download ProSeries Pro for 2024 to prepare trust tax return 1041 for 2024 ? If not, when it's ready for download ? Thanks

2024 1040 software isnt available the end of November, but the 1041 may mot be out until January and not final for filing until February.

    No you cannot download a 2024 tax return.  If you need to prepare one, print off a 2023 one, change the 2023 to 2024 and mail it in.

    In the fall the IRS will release the forms.  You can use those forms for irs.gov. ProSeries won't be ready until next January at the earliest.
