My client has 3 children, form only has room for 2. IRS instructions say add another form 4547. How do I add an additional form..

Somebody said that after you enter two kids, there is a scroll bar that shows up that you can scroll down to enter more kids.

Personally, I don't feel a need to open bank accounts for my clients. I'll point them to the now-open website that they can do it themselves.

You should down load the form, manually fill it out, and add as a PDF. Just so you know for 2025 the account is only for babies born in 2025

the trumpaccounts.gov website is now open, might be a better place to make sure it gets filed correctly, Im not sure anyone is looking at PDF attachments to the return.

Yeah, I wouldn't have a lot of faith that one of the 11 people still working at the IRS would see a pdf. I would tell the client to go directly to the website if they want $250.

Trump Accounts and Form 4547 to open accounts are used for any child under age 18.

The election for the $1000 for those born in 2025 is a separate election that can be done on 4547, but is not the only purpose of Form 4547.

Scrolling the bar didn't work for me that I have circled in green at the top

Down at the bottom, where the foreign info is, just hit enter until you prompt another section to add two more dependents. If you need to go back up, just "Arrow" back up and "Enter" back down.
