Trouble with Downloading the ProSeries Product

I'm a 26 year user of Pro-Series so I'm very familiar with the product.  Currently, I am having a problem with the "Download Product" button.  It just makes a quick flash and then goes back to the Dashboard page where I started.  I'd download from last years product but I'm on a different computer than the one we had ProSeries Professional installed on.   Has anyone had this problem and can give me some tips?

I would try downloading 2024 on that computer.  If it installs properly I would then try installing 2025 from the 2024 program

Could your anti-virus or firewall of some kind be stopping the download?

@IRonMaN @Just-Lisa-Now- Out of curiosity do you know if you update through the product does it create an executable file that could be copied to the new computer and then use that to install?

I cant remember if it prompts you to Run or Save the file, I feel like it just executes the installation, no options, but I cant remember for sure.

Yeah, I don't remember for sure either, but I believe Lisa is correct.
