Transfer was unsuccessful - Internal Error

When we try to open up a state return (Partnership or S-Corporation) we are getting the message that the Transfer was unsuccessful - Internal Error.  Anyone else having this issue?

sounds like the files didnt get transferred in properly, can you create a new return?

oh wait, you said only the state has a problem, maybe thats because that particular state return hasnt been released yet?
