transfer of prior year tax returns to a new computer

I have a new computer and am trying to transfer a prior year entire client file to a new computer.  Seems to be successful however I cannot update the EF center pending file?

Try updating getting acknowledgments for all returns it may suck them out of the server… also run data base maintenance and see if any discrepancies show up. 

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

    Highlight the files in the Pending tab then choose UPDATE ACKS of Selected Files rather that Receive Acks.
