Question
topaz signature pad. I got the pad and I can't get the signature to show on the forms or to store the preparer signature or the client signature. How do I get the signatures to show on the printed out forms?
I spent two hours on the phone with Intuit customer technical service and they could not help me. They could not figure it out. I purchase the Topaz model that pro-series recommended before I purchased the model so that I could get the support. Can anyone help me?
