Question

today is February 2, 2026 and we are still not able to print NYS tax forms. The last update said Saturday January 30th. Can we get an update.

    There is the link showing a 2/12 release date.  The good news is that you can e-file it now.  Just have your clients sit by your computer screen so that they can take pictures of the form so that they can review the return before you e-file it. 😬

      I called in last week and got 1/31/2026 as final date and now 2/12/2026! 

       

      VERY late! Form is final on NYS site. Intuit says they need to go through verification process. I will now have a pile up of clients to send NY forms to.

      I just spoke to 2 other accounting firms...they're both able to file with NYS & print, etc...one firm using LaCerte, not sure what the other firm is using.

        Yikes, looks like they kicked the can down the road another 10 days, woooo, people are gonna be hollering!
