The password protected pdf is not working in Pro Series 2024 Professional

The password protected pdf is not working in Pro Series 2024 Professional for any client tax returns. However, it is working for all the clients tax returns in Pro Series 2023 Professional. I followed the default password of ss#cityzipcode.

@tsavaloscpa could you share more details on this? Are you facing issue opening the password protected printed pdf?

Issue resolved. The issue was happening because of the pdf reader I was using. I downloaded a different pdf reader which resolved the issue.
