The First or Last Name is Missing 2024

Hi,

I've been getting this issue trying to login to 2024 (no issues with other versions) and I've updated my name in my profile and account manager, and it still keeps giving me the error. Anyone else getting it or have a solution/workaround?

I just got this message today. Have been using 2024 ProSeries all year, and this error just randomly pops up today?? Please help. I'm also on hold with the call center but wait times are 35 - 40 minutes it says.

This is the issue I am having I have been calling over and over since the 21st, they know the issue, they still have not fixed it and there no way to get ahold of one specific person to help, less than a week from having to have forms out and I have lost yet another entire day unable to log in, if you can help other people that quick why have i spent several hours on the phone with several different people and I can still not login after 5 days of lost time?
