Is anyone having trouble getting the copy command to work in 2022 ProSeries Program? I can see the command but can't access it (it doesn't highlight). I wanted to copy a client file onto a USB drive which I have done for years, but my version of the 2022 program shows all the client maintenance commands but doesn't let me actually a

You need to be in a regular Homebase View, not the EFCenter. 

Client Maintenance is greyed out in the EFCenter.

Thank you so much, Lisa! This was driving me crazy and you are correct, I kept trying to copy from the EF Center homebase!

Gets me all the time, I work almost exclusively from the EFCenter, so it irks me to have to switch over to a regular view and find the client again in order to make a backup copy!
