I have client's 1040 government and client copy are different and do not have the same refund.  They have auto loan deduction and overtime deduction which is causing the problem.

Paper and print preview are correct.  PDF which goes to my client portal is wrong!

Hi @Just-Lisa-Now- Looks like it's on its way up the ladder.

The OT on schedule 1-A part III is not printing or calculating on the client copy only which in turn is not on the 1040 and shows a wrong refund.  How the heck is this not caught in quality control.  The government copy and preparer copy are correct.

we don't use the 3 different copy versions - we print 2 copies of the filing copy with the watermark on it - one copy for client on copy for us.

I tried it once and I ended up not picking all the correct choices on client or preparer copy and got annoyed and said the ---- with it.
