Tax Scan and Import Unlimited
I ordered Tax Scan and Import Unlimited as part of this year's tax package. When I downloaded my software, this was not included in the package. I have since called 7 times to get it downloaded and each time I am told in 24-48 it would be ready to download. And it's still not in my package. Has anybody else had an issue with this and how did you get them to actually process the order so it could be downloaded? This has gotten me so mad that I may not even use ProSeries next year. What horrible customer service!
