Tax Jurisdiction Annual Adjustment Report (TJAAR)

Hi,

I need a help. One of my client received Tax Jurisdiction Annual Adjustment Report (TJAAR) . She was working for Deloitte (please see the attached), got a W2 from US and Form 499R-2/W-2PR for Department of Treasury Puerto Rico. What should i do. First time seeing this? Kindly help.

Any advise on this . Can i take a Foreign tax credit after she filed the PR return.?
