When I click my client, it doesn't give me access beause

    Can you provide guidance?  This is my first year and I am struggling!

    I, too, have a tax return (1065) that is giving me the error "file is currently locked by another user"; however, I am the only user and do not have the return open.  When I clicked to unlock the return, the return does not show "locked".

    Hours of pulling my hair out... ALL your assistance is appreciated!

    In most cases, rebooting the computer will fix it.
