I have a client that worked for two days in Canada and received a T4A-NR form showing wages and income tax withheld. Where do I report this? Form 2555 does not seem to allow me to enter the taxes withheld in order to calculate the credit.

Translate to US dollars and enter as wages, indicating foreign employer.

If he only worked 2 days outside the US he is not eligible for the foreign earned income exclusion Form 2555.

The more I know the more I don’t know.

I have a client that worked 28 days in Canada. Received a T4A-NA. How do I report and where? How do I convert into US currency?

i need to prepare a T1 Non resident return for Canada. Is there one on TurboTax Pro? Need support to do this return. This is a new one for me.
