T/P changed jobs & had insurance. She notified Market place immediately & they sent her a letter of termination effective 7/31/2025. Corrected 1095-A shows her covered until 10/31/2025. She has a repayment . How can I fix this?

I think Tp has to call marketplace to try to get corrected 1095A. 
You can try to figure out and make adjustment to the 1095 entry worksheet but efile will likely get rejected. not sure if there’s another way to make adjustment… there are a few others here that know the marketplace workflow better than me.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

That is what i thought client should do, but wanted to be sure there was not a simpler way to solve this.

TP would need to contact marketplace for a corrected form and I'm sure send proof they received letter of termination dated 7.31.25
