I need states Federal Payers TIN for 4 states: ID, MN, ND, WI. I've called these states without success. The Pro Series Basic will not clear the error message without a number. Does anyone know one or more of these states TIN. I was told by state of WI they don't send out 1099-G if the taxpayer used the Standard Deduction.

Then why are you bothering to enter state tax refunds if they're not taxable?
