State Charges not showing up invoice

State Charges for Tax Preparation and or individual forms are not showing up on the invoices.

I dont usually differentiate my charges but there is an invoice on the state side you could use and that will put the all on one invoice.

I do use the invoice on the State side, the problem was the invoice was not showing the charges that were entered.

Support was great, it was a anti-virus/firewall issue and it has been resolved with the information sent to me from my CSR.
