Standard mileage for an electric car

Hi everybody.

My client has a Tesla and drives for Uber. He drove 45,000 miles in 2023. Can I consider the standard mileage rate (miles * 65.5 cents) for him, given that the car is electric?

Yes (assuming he meets all the requirements).  There is no restriction against using the Standard Mileage Rate for electric vehicles.
