Spouse unable to sign eSignature request

I sent an eSignature request to a couple. They use the same email. They each got a request email. He was able to go in and enter a remote signature. When she opened her request, it did not allow her to enter a remote signature.

The message I get is that it is partially signed. 

What do I need to do to be able to get her to try to sign again?

I'm not sure as I only recently tried using the esignature feature and only for single clients - spouse really doesn't have her own email address? Could you edit and get different email address for her?

Older couple. Only have one email address, been that way since they set one up. They don't want separate ones. They call it a family email.

Hi @MarydeniseF1 Great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting about the Spouse unable to sigh the eSignature request. Could you please retry sending the eSignature request and have them try and sign.
