Software loading Proseries

Help!  I am trying to load Proseries Professional on my new computer and can only get the Demo/Evaluation to load??

I have uninstalled and tried again...any suggestions?  I am signed into my Intuit account and go to Download the whole CD and can only get in the Evaluation software with fake clients!  😉

Sounds like you may somehow have 2 accounts?  You might have to call support on Monday.
