Single Economic Unit Election/Disclosure related to Activity Groupings Pursuant to IRC SEC. 469 and REG. 1.469-4(c).Where in ProSeries do I make this disclosure?
Where in ProSeries (Does ProSeries support this disclosure) do I make the disclosure to combine the activities of a Single Economic Unit related to the Activity Grouping Rules. I have two Real Estate Partnerships and one S Corp. All with common ownership. We have qualified to be combined as a Single Economic Unit to avoid the Passive Activity Loss limitations. Where in ProSeries is the election/disclosure made? I understand the concept and want to combine the activity as one single economic unit, but I can't determine the proper way to report the activity properly.
