Since I updated the program, it is trying to use an old printer to print checks. How do I change it to my current printer?

After updating the latest version, when trying to print a paycheck, it is telling me that it cannot open pri nter, and shows an old printer no longer in use. Then it say Runtime error. How do I get it to use my current printer?

I think you want the QB forum. You posted in ProSeries which is professional tax preparation software and it doesn’t print checks.

CTRL + SHIFT + P brings up the Printing options window, at the bottom of the list is the Printer /PDF and DMS setting choices Sometimes an update swaps them out, I dont know why.
