Short Period 990-N
We are changing our non-profit's fiscal year to align with the local government department (library) we support. We qualify for Form 990-N. It does not look like we need to file a Form 1128 as an exempt organization that has not changed our fiscal year in the previous 10 year period. Can I use the 990-N to file the short period?
