sending tax return for review

I am trying to email a password protected 2024 tax return for client to review. I am getting "send mail error"

I assume the client's email is entered properly in the program?

    Print to pdf and send password protected email through Adobe. Or upload pdf into your portal and send securely.  Or use a program like SafeSend.  Relying on ProSeries for add-on programs is not advisable.  Just look at the numerous issues posted within this forum.
