Send Error on KY Form 740-PTET Return

I keep getting a send error when I try to e-file the KY Form 740-PTET Return. It is available for e-file, but it keeps saying "Send Error"...does anyone know a solution to get this successfully e-filed?

I am getting the same error for 3 weeks now.  I called and they said it was because the form was not ready, but that isn't correct.  I had other forms accepted.

Kentucky system was down for 15 days, but it is up now.

I am not sure they are working on this.

Anybody have any ideas?

Have you tried performing a clean install of the software or repair updates using Tool Hub? Do you have any more information on the error message or number? Let me know if you have any more details on this. Contact support if you need further assistance.

I've tried both and all I get is Send Error in EF Status.  Nothing else.
