Schedule C - Car & Truck Expenses

Schedule C, realtor, had no activity in 2024.  Does ProSeries allow you to "turn off" vehicle information so it is not an error and carries to next year?  I simply placed zeros in the mile fields, and answered the questions, but wondered if there was some type of magic, besides what I did?  🙂

I don’t think there is such a switch.  I would have entered total miles driven with zero business miles if I wanted the info carried forward - which sounds like what you did.

Thanks.  I would have liked to have seen some magic, Iron.  Please work on some.

I gave up magic when I got engrossed in mind reading classes for this place.  Currently my magic skills are on par with Bullwinkle's ability to pull a rabbit out of a hat.

Are you claiming other expenses, like dues and licenses and education?  Did he not even try to close a deal?  Why are you filing Schedule C at all?  By the way, Realtors don't like it when you don't capitalize them.
