Question
S Corp Reverts back to C Corp
When an S-corp reverts back to C Corp automatically, on the federal return, which box/boxes is checked; final return and or s-election termination or both?
The second question I have is on the CA state form 100-S, what box is marked to inform them about the election termination? Can not mark Final without choosing one of the usual boxes which don't apply to the termination.
