RIGHTWORKS SLOW WHEN UPDATING
Please explain to me why Proseries is not addressing the slowness of Proseries 2024 software on startup after an update in Rightworks platforms.
Every time I call, they say they are addressing it but no results.
So the after an update, it takes about 30 minutes for me to access the first client of the day as I wait for cursor to turn into a checkmark. the software then runs pretty good after that.
What changed in this software for it to happen and I they trying to get rid of Rightworks?
We need answers asap.
